End User License Agreement

Mojave Research Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides this software application and related services (collectively, the "Service") subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Mojave Research Inc. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services including QuickBooks Online. Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOJAVE RESEARCH INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
